WHAT TO BRING TO OUR MEDITATIONS:
Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a blanket, meditation pad or cushion (chairs provided if needed), as well as water, and one personal item (if you wish) to add to the intention circle/ altar that we will set before each meditation (eg. heirloom, crystal, photo etc.) Please also bring a journal as we do sometimes incorporate journaling into the evening.
FORMAT FOR CANDLELIGHT MEDITATION:
Meditations take place in our beautiful Healing Room, and are guided with some light, relaxing meditation music playing in the background. Time can and may be adjusted (shorter duration) based on the participants needs. Attendees are welcome to leave early if required, kindly respect the sacred space and leave quietly.
