NEW OFFERINGS!!!
OFFERING #1
MID WEEK MINDFULNESS!
This is a WEEKLY offering that takes place online every Wednesday from 7:30-8:45 pm. It consists of a 40 minute silent group meditation (UNGUIDED) followed by a short (5-10 minute) reading from the inspirational book "The Places That Scare You- A Guide to Fearlessness in Difficult Times" by Pema Chodron. We will close this weekly offering with a gentle discussion of the material read. If you wish to join this weekly event, you must sign up
here EACH TIME YOU WISH TO TAKE PART:

If you do decide to join us (and I hope you will!) please commit to the entire session- both the meditation aspect and the reading aspect. I will be hosting this weekly event on whereby.com, and the room maximum is 12 people. The intention is to really settle in to a sense of community and get to know one another during these events. I have chosen this event to be by donation to make it accessible to all that wish to join, a recommended donation is between $2-$5 per weekly event. If you wish to join and your finances have been restricted due to Covid, please reach out to me directly to see how I can accommodate you.
***Please note this event is NON RELIGIOUS, however the book we will be reflecting on is written by a Buddhist monk, so please be aware of this prior to joining. It is an exceptionally beautiful book
