In this challenge you’ll be diving into the energetic realms of your chakra system, learning not only what valuable lessons lay beneath, but also about how bringing harmony to each of these systems will deepen your mind/body connection.

 

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

Daily emails with reflection questions to take to your journal and deepen your practice

Daily live calls at 8am Pacific (11 am Eastern) with wisdom sharing and a guided meditation

Dedicated Facebook community to share your experience and connect with others on the journey, because connection matters

 

The Rainbow Gateway Challenge is for individuals who are curious about their own self-healing and energetic releases. They are people who can recognize when they’re experiencing energetic blocks, but haven’t yet learned how to shift into something better. No experience with the chakra system is necessary - you’ll get the foundation that you need in each of the calls.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

About an hour each day (20 minutes for the reflection questions, and 40 minutes for the live calls)

Courage and curiosity to learn and explore new aspects of yourself

Lots of water throughout the day to support energetic shifts that may take place

Your favourite journal and a pen
